MindHive itself does not collect any personal information. We have no accounts, no servers, and no analytics of our own.

Data Stored on Your Device (Local Only)

• Training data — scores, accuracy, reaction times, streaks, and statistics stored in a local Room database.
• Preferences — theme, sound, haptics, and reminder settings.
• Purchase status — a flag recording whether Remove Ads was purchased.

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any server — unless you optionally sign in to cloud sync.

You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the App.

The App is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain information to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads:

• Advertising ID — a resettable identifier used to personalize ads and measure performance.
• Device information — device model, OS version, screen size, and language.
• IP address — used for general location and fraud prevention.
• App usage data — app opens, ad impressions, and diagnostic data.

Google's processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

• Ads personalization: Opt out via Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Google's ads controls.
• European Users (EEA/UK): Consent for personalized advertising is requested before ads are shown, as required by GDPR.
• Remove Ads: A one-time in-app purchase removes all advertising permanently.
• Limit Ad Tracking settings on your device are respected.

If the app is played by children under 13, only non-personalized ads are shown. No advertising ID data is used for behavioral advertising toward them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• GDPR (Europe): Right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
• CCPA (California): Right to know what is collected, to delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal data.
• Because we store no personal data ourselves, these rights are applied in full by uninstalling or clearing app data.

We do not store your data on our servers. Training data remains on your device, protected by your device's own security. Ad data is handled and protected by Google's security measures.

Ads shown in the App may link to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be announced within the App or on our store listing.
